I’m interested in understanding how an organization expanded its businesses to the global market, thus creating values and improving people’s lives. I chose Management as my first major because it allows us to explore the organizational structure and strategic planning of different multinational corporations through case studies, researches and data analysis. Moreover, it is interesting to learn about how to be an effective manager in a team, to lead, influence and motivate people in achieving the best for the organization.

Consisting of both personal skills development and solid theories, the Management Department has provided me with a comprehensive view of the subject. Knowledge and theories are easy to acquire from the years of study in university for everyone but wisdom is not. It makes Management a unique major that stands out from all the rest.
