BBA IN MANAGEMENT
The responsibility of managers is the effective and efficient management of individuals and groups in business firms and non-profit organizations.
Management of organizations, therefore, deals with the many aspects of the administration of an organization such as the formulation of goals including long-and short-term planning, the establishment of decision-making processes, the design of organizational structures, the understanding of human motivations, and the development of human resources. Courses offered cover the following areas of study: organizational behavior, negotiation, management in Chinese contexts, human resources management, strategic management, and international management.
The program aims to provide students with the knowledge they will need to become effective managers. They will learn to evaluate the current needs of an organization and to anticipate future needs, as well as acquire practical skills in planning, decision making, and problem solving.
