Our PhD student Sherry DONG Xiawei has received a research grant from the Negotiation and Team Resources (NTR) Institute. NTR’s research grants support studies of negotiation and conflict management broadly construed. Sherry’s research proposal is entitled Leveraging Generative AI and iDecisionGames: Understanding the Effects of Success, Failure, and Ambiguous Feedback on Learning. Her research proposes three studies aimed to support the publication of three different working papers in top-tier journals, focusing on understanding how individuals learn from success, failure, and ambiguous performance evaluation feedback.
