In this presentation, I will discuss my new program of research about human sustainability. This will include a discussion of Restricted Employee Sustainability Theory (REST), as well as an extension to REST to focus on leading for human sustainability. I will then engage in a discussion with the audience about way to link human sustainability to other topics within organizational behavior, as well as a path for gaining traction in the research literature.
