Prof Melody Chao has been awarded as Fellow of the Society for Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP). Fellow status is awarded to SPSP members who have earned PhD degree for more than 10 years ago; and made an extraordinary and distinctive contribution to the science of personality and social psychology in the areas of research, teaching, service, and/or application.
